Before he founded Jelil Bouraoui & Co in January 1981, Jelil worked with french CPA firms in Paris, that he left after three years, in 1973, to join "Coopers & Lybrand" in Paris then in Toronto. Joined Andersen in 1986 and Moore Stephens in 2003.
